If you click in the area on the phone home screen where the widget was, does the app launch? Mine did and when I exited the app the widget appeared. Strange but it worked.

already updated as well as on a beta of iOS and canāt recall previous. I donāt show a calendar. Photos do show, but I feel like that was needed before the add any pictures or video to a ticket.Under app permissions I noticed it asked for photos and calendar permissions now in the new update
Someone with a better recollection or non updated version may be able to better speak to this
