You will if you restart the phone. It also says it is available in the account screen.

If you click in the area on the phone home screen where the widget was, does the app launch? Mine did and when I exited the app the widget appeared. Strange but it worked.

already updated as well as on a beta of iOS and can’t recall previous. I don’t show a calendar. Photos do show, but I feel like that was needed before the add any pictures or video to a ticket.
Someone with a better recollection or non updated version may be able to better speak to this
