Google maps has it at exactly 2.0. Blake street actually turns in to 40th where RiNo ends and also runs straight in to the SC, which is on 39th.

Parking on that block (and nearly all of them in any direction) is hot garbage. Great beer next door at Bierstadt though. Maybe that's their thing in Denver. Only have locations next to great lager (SC is right next to Cohesion), which is a strategy I can support.

it'll be interesting what it turns out to be. based on past history Rivian either builds service centers or hubs but not a mix of the two. based on the brief description in the construction journal it notes "service shop", id say its going to be a service center not a hub. Rivian Dad or another YTer mentioned Rivian was planning to build a hub in CO but i think that might have been for Denver.

2763 isn't big enough to be a SC, plus there isn't really a lot to use (the giant lot behind is owned by the Rockies) to hold vehicles for delivery or in the service queue. The existing SC on Steele is perfect for a service center...big lot, big bay, close to the highway for customer access, etc., but not great at all for a showroom (zero foot traffic/buzz), while the RiNo location will get a shit ton of foot traffic that can stop and learn about the trucks and the brand.
