    I went through this process as well and they determined it required a service visit. For my situation, they scheduled me at the service center. At that time, the SC was new and mobile service wasn't well established in my area.

    I had this same issue. The key card and the wrist band would not unlock the vehicle at the drivers door handle, but they could start it using the inside of the door panel. I had to create a service ticket and bring it to the service center. It ended up being a SW issue and they had to reprogram...

    I donā€™t doubt it! Iā€™m genuinely curious if it has some other surfactants in it or something. Unfortunately my Rivian came barely filled with fluid so I missed out :(

    Thatā€™s one expensive fragrance! :) Looks like you have to use it straight of the bottle for protection to -9F? What else makes this stuff worth $15 a gallon plus insane shipping over any other alcohol based fluid?

    PAAK normally. Key card in wallet as a backup. Wrist band as a backup if I am doing something outdoors and don't want carry my wallet.

    That is an interesting bug. As a workaround you can turn the heated seats on through the app before you get in the truck. I do that on cold mornings and it's super nice to get into a preheated truck.

    That would be frustrating. I received no notification that mine shipped until UPS notified me that I had a delivery from Rivian the next day. Iā€™m also skeptical on those estimates. Mine was nearly 2 months off.

    Heated steering wheel update needed

    I had a BMW before the Rivian that had a heated wheel. Yeah, it got a bit warmer, but I have still been pleased with the Rivian wheel. Plenty for me. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø It could be worse. Some Lexus vehicles only heat the 10 and 2 position.

    If you push a steering wheel button before or during the seat movement back to your normal position it will stop the process and then wonā€™t allow you to restore it back to your normal position. Seems like a SW issue with an interrupt routine šŸ¤£

    Iā€™ve been very surprised how many Rivian owners wave out here in CO! Probably a 90% success rate in the month that Iā€™ve owned my truck.

    I heard it was open and was able to reschedule my service appointment from late October in Denver to the 18th at the Springs service center.
