I saw that the lightning will have a full size spare as standard equipment. It would have been nice if Rivian had at least added it into the offroad upgrade when they shifted the air compressor to standard.

I hope it is configurable... I'll run a 60A circuit so I'll want the full 48A charging...
I'm sure it will be, but like so many things, it remains unconfirmed.

When you roll in $10k plus of adventure options, like recovery kits, tents, etc do they add that to your state license, tags and personal property tax every year?

Can't decide if I should add the gear shuttle. The video RJ posted was VERY helpful. I wasn't considering it until I saw it in action. Can use it for so many things, and can remove it if I don't need it for a trip. Help me decide!

We know the camp kitchen is removable, but do we know if the gear shuttle is removable once installed?

Me after seeing the Camp Kitchen:

I'm gonna make that work in my R1S 👀👀👀. I wonder if they can make any insert for the rear bin storage area.

Oh good question. Does anyone know if it can be removed?

Yes, just wondering if anyone has asked. If we can remove it easy like the kitchen that would be nice

CS this morning said that a service technician would have to remove the Gear tunnel shuttle. So I guess it's not that easy to remove.

In an email they sent me, they thanked me for being an early preorder holder. haha. whatever.
