Are driver+ and follow indicators? They don't seem to be in the guide.

The one on the left is driver plus/ lane keep assist I think and the one on the right is to show you what the vehicle height is.

The left one shows drive mode. All Purpose mode in this case.

 

[RockyRoad]

The one on the left is your drive mode - all purpose in this case.

Drive mode and drive height, and yes they are in the manual.
