Warm plug detected, charging slower

Have had the "DC fast charging performance reduced" message in the past, always went away with a reset. Now after latest software update, and a reset, am getting "warm plug detected, slower charging" with maximum speed 64kW on a Rivian Adventure Network fast charger.

Awaiting further input from technical support.

Anyone else have similar messages and remedy? 100 miles to nearest service center.

What was the ambient temperature at the time? Sun or shade?

At RAN charger yesterday, 95 degrees, in the shade. First time noticed, R1T was plugged into Tesla destination charger at a resort, and ambient temperature was around 85 degrees in the sunshine...

Contacted Rivian service again. Appt at Atlanta SC October 12th, but possible may be contacted for earlier appointment, possibly mobile service.
