Shark fin antenna replacement R1S

Hit the garage door and broke the shark fin off. Anyone know how to replace it? Do you go in underneath by pulling the headliner or remove the top roof panel. Can not find any way to remove the top roof panel. Do not see any fasteners after I removed the headliner.

Checked with a Rivian certified auto body shop and they said the rear panel that the shark fin is attached to is glued down then held by 12 clips. Need to remove rear hatch door to get a hot knife in underneath the rear panel and cut the glue. May have to remove the glass roof in front of the panel to get the knife in there too. Most likely ruin the panel so need a new one. I am waiting on an estimate. Most likely I will just glue the shark fin cover back on as it did not break.

Ugh. My wife knocked off the antenna and damaged the electronics. Anyone know if the Gen 2 repair process is any less onerous than the Gen 1 and if there is a DIY path for this? Rivian has sent me to collision shops.

Wow! Replacing the antenna is going to cost $1,915 ... I think I will RTV it back in place and see if it holds up. The reception seems to be okay.
