Set night mode (dark) screen during daytime?

After driving our rivian for several months now, I find I much prefer the night mode (dark) screen mode to the day mode (white). Is there a way to manually override the day mode to set screens to always be dark? I find dark mode much less distracting as the information is visible and the "Screen" is less noticeable. If we cannot do this I would love for Rivian to give us the option.

Used to be able to do this through the vehicle settings. I don't have my Rivian here at the moment so can't dig through to tell you the exact process.

Yes, you can. It's under the same menu where you set the ambient lighting. You can select Day, Night, or Auto.

I had mine set on night mode for awhile but there were times it was hard to see with light coming through the giant greenhouse above my head so I set it back to auto. It works pretty well.

I found the same thing. In night mode, at max brightness, night is too hard to see. Would be good to make night brighter for daytime use.

Agreed. I would leave it on all the time if they did that.
