Of course it is 2022-2024 model years since these were developed before the early June reveal which had very minor exterior and interior changes.

Maybe the OP needs a spreadsheet for people to add orders unless he wrote them all down. They look fantastic and deserve to do well.

hi. I’m the mystery man behind these. It started out as I wanted my own 1:1. One was very expensive so it turned into 295.

Midnight black (all 3 interiors)
Glacier white (all 3 interiors)
Rivian blue (only black and ocean)
Limestone (all 3)
Forest green (all 3)

I can order the other colors if people want them. Only pressing issue is 300 have to be ordered.

R1T is coming. It’s expected by Christmas.

Lights, tow hooks and interiors are different. Right now we are working on generation 1. Not ruling out generation 2 but right now 300 costing me 44,950.00.

So that is ~$165. Isn’t it really expensive? I have never had a model car. So I don’t have a clue on how much these costs.

Quantity. Economy of scale. The prices you are used to, for die-casts at this size/scale, are made and sold in thousands. This is a small manufacturing order of 300 (at a time, at cost of just under $45k). Development and production set-up costs are spread out over each unit made. Plus, a margin of profit (otherwise, what's the point?). Ergo, the high (to you) price. TBH, for a batch of 300, and at this per unit price, I doubt he's making much profit at all. In fact, do the math... $150 x 300=$45k. To arrive at $50/unit cost, the size of the production batch would probably need to increase threefold.
