Begs the question of whether the "squeaky wheel" got the grease, or your number just came up organically.

PS. Not a shot at you at all, I find the CS responses infuriating most of the time. Genuinely curious about the catalyst for your guide contact.
It is possible indeed the reason. I asked for a method to the madness...how were decisions being made? order date? location? configuration? etc. The person I spoke to was extremely apologetic and understanding as to why I was frustrated (early order date in likely the largest market with a non-obscure configuration)

Did you learn anything new from the CS supervisor that the chat agents couldn't tell you?
A bit in regards to overall process but nothing monumental

I had spoken with a CS supervisor last week (they called me because I wasnt happy with the standard answers given by the chat agents) and unfortunately order date/number seems to be one of the lesser used parameters to determine the call order. After that conversation I definitely would not draw a correlation between order # and when a Guide reaches out
Yes, my guess is its most likely going to be color, configuration, location, and proximity to service center that determines when you get your vehicle.
