If Nationwide doesn't have an act-of-god clause (I'd be shocked if they didn't).

Most policies would file it under Comprehensive coverage, so you would just be subject to that deductible.

The "Act of God" usually is used if your healthy tree falls on a neighbors fence. You are not liable under that provision for repairing the fence and it would be on their policy. If you were negligent and had not kept maintenance up, then you could be.
