Still strange to have different behaviors on what should essentially be the same widget. Pretty sure there is just a problem on the account page help link.I talked to them yesterday as I had to add guests to my first mile appointment, but the events tab wasn’t working….
it said chat unavailable, so I checked later and it was available. The person I talked to said it was super busy that day.
it is likely it goes unavailable if the queue gets to a certain length.
