At least yours is newer than mine (3.00.20). But mine seems to be working fine so maybe I should be glad it hasn't been updatedI’m still on V03.01.47.

I have had my wall charger for almost a year and I am currently at V03.00.30 but like others it's connected to wifi and working. I have tried recently to reset by switching off power breaker but no updates.At least yours is newer than mine (3.00.20). When I contacted my guide all I heard was the charger software was handled by a different department and they would reach out to me if there was an issue. Mine is also connected to WiFi.
