R1S reset reboot questions

Having issues with heat on my R1S example it will just quit working not matter if you set it to HI. I booked a service appointment service advised to reset the vehicle holding hazard button and the left out steering wheel button for 10 secs. Vehicle rebooted heat returned for a few days now I have to recalibrate the windows as it says all of them are open… there are a few other odd items going on after the reset like park the vehicle get out come back start the vehicle and the AC turns on when set to 72 degrees and it is in the teens here, or the center dash ones are turned off I have to touch the screen to turn them back on…this all started after the last software update…. Looking for thoughts here, keeping the SC appointment just in case it doesn’t resolve its self.
