3A Battery Tender brand. 4A seems to not work correctlyWhat OBD tender is everyone buying?
Will get that! Thanks!3A Battery Tender brand. 4A seems to not work correctly
Assume a 1A should work? I have this sitting around that I used to connect up to my motorcycles. Also successfully charged up my Atlas and RX350h when those batteries went dead. Would just grab one of these adapters for it: https://webstore.totalbattery.com/product-p/gc012.htm3A Battery Tender brand. 4A seems to not work correctly
I use this adapter to OBD2 port. No issues. But I do park inside a garageWill get that! Thanks!
What about any connections from that SAE connection other than solar? Would love to use 12V cigarette lighter out or USBC out from a variety of battery systems I have.
I suppose it should be OKAssume a 1A should work? I have this sitting around that I used to connect up to my motorcycles. What adapter do you use to plug into the wall? That one just ends with an SAE.I use this adapter to OBD2 port. No issues. But I do park inside a garage

You need to get the 3A tender (link below). The shown +/- clamps unplug and replaced with the OBD2 adapterWhat adapter do you use to plug into the wall? That one just ends with an SAE.
Yup, same setup as I have, I also added a flat odb2 extension that routes under the floor mat for easier connectionYou need to get the 3A tender (link below). The shown +/- clamps unplug and replaced with the OBD2 adapter

I just found out the extension cable caused issues, the car seems to not sleep as long and staying in idle state , took out the extension cable and everything went back to normal (long period sleeps and brief idles), might have to do with the gauges of the flat extension wires? not really sure why the extension cable didn't work, sorry for the wrong suggestionYup, same setup as I have, I also added a flat odb2 extension that routes under the floor mat for easier connection
