List your Rivian (Enterprise) provided loaner car during service
Hope my luck doesn't run out, but also... just don't really care to go through more service center visits. First loaner was a brand new Model X, second was an R1T, and now my third is an EQE. Looks like my driver-side heated seat doesn't work. I never use it but wife was driving the other day and decided to try it out. Turns off immediately after you tap the button to turn it on. Tried tapping it via the bottom row button, and also within the climate controls. Same behavior... -

Service Appointments
For those in LA/Orange County, I was surprised to see this today. First time using the driver heated seat functionality and it keeps turning off as soon as I enable it. Made a service request and available appointments at Costa Mesa are just a little over a month out! Maybe Eastvale or the...- citizen

Mobile Service Tire Rotation a good deal at $60!
@PBRAZ , I thought America's/Discount Tire only does rotations for free? Do you just ask nicely for the wheel balancing or how much does that cost? I bought the Discount Tire Repair, Refund, Replacement certificates from them right when I got the R1S. Unsure if they'll hook up the balancing...- citizen

Throttle Pedal Recall & California Tire Mandate? Rivian very aggressive to get it done!
That's weird. Unsure what the CA mandate is all about but I did notice on both my service invoices they listed an item regarding checking tire pressure on all four tires. I'm assuming they didn't bother checking tread depth if that was part of the mandate given that I had less than 5000 miles...- citizen

@Houclemic, just a call out for you, I noticed that when you pop the third row all-weather mats in, it extends pretty far forward. So depending on how deep your tray goes, it's going to hit / not clear the third row mat.- citizen
