Anyone else having challenges getting ownership transferred?
I opened a case immediately after taking position of my 2022 R1T that I purchased from a dealership. I provided the bill of sale and a copy of my drivers license as required. I received acknowledgment that they had what was needed. Since then it’s been over 10 days with no transfer. I called and emailed and only received a generic email saying they’re having technical difficulties. Not sure what the heck that means….technical difficulties with their system or with my specific car???
I emailed and called requesting to speak with a supervisor which was DENIED. What kind of company doesn’t allow you to escalate to a supervisor - VERY CONCERNING!!
Apparently there is nothing I can do but sit on my hands and wait ….
