I saw it when it was "Lunar Rock", which I think was a more fitting name. Looks great, but more gray than white to me.

I saw it at Agua Dolce but did not get any pictures.

I agree it is more really light gray than white. It looks really good, is nothing like the bright white Tesla has.

I drove a yellow R1T with ocean coast interior. Cloudy day. It is a nice shade of not quite white white. Very sharp. The light wood is nice, not as whitewashed as pictures might make it seem. Nice natural ash finish.

however, it’s too bright for my preference. And I wouldn’t buy white hiking shoes. So why have a white interior in my “adventure vehicle“? ?

I’ve attached the only half decent interior picture I got. Shows the wood quite nicely I think. Nothing showing the seats since I was, well, sitting. ?

I would like the Ocean Coast seats and center console with the rest being Black Mountain. That would be awesome.

That is one reason why I thought about going with the Explore package, but I would like at least some video or real pictures of an Explore trim first. And add in the Adventure would come earlier.

I didn't like Ocean Coast due to the wood, it is very unnatural in my opinion. Almost looks bleached/pickled. It is definitely not a natural wood look I had expected.

Given the Ocean Coast theme, I have always assumed they were going for a sun-bleached driftwood look.

I agree. The colors also remind me of a sandy beach.

I think Ocean Coast is the best looking interior theme Rivian offers, but I'm passing on it simply because I can't keep the very light grey seats looking good the way I use my vehicles. Some combination of mud, snacks, and life in general would have it looking bad in no time.

To each there own, but my friend and I both thought ocean looked the best of the three. The lighter color contrasts the darker trims nicely and just gives the entire vehicle a much more luxurious feel.

I felt the black was just really plain, with zero contrast. Which was fine, nothing wrong with that, just seemed so monotone.

Ocean will be a pain to keep clean tho.

Forest just had too much green for my personal tastes. It is greyer in real life than in the pics... but still green to my eyes.

It’s not so white in person. In person it looks like ash wood. Gives nice contrast to the whiter colour of the upholstery

I can imagine that. What I really want to know, if anyone has seen it, is:

How does Ocean Coast look with white and silver?

Sure, if it were the same price I'd pair it with blue or red, but I'm not one to put extra money into paint.
