I reached out to service, they made me do a hard reset. That seemed to have decreased the drain a little bit. However the truck does not go to sleep. It looks like the cabin temperature is around 50-52 deg. The rep said it could be because of that. Apparently, R1S battery likes to be around 55-90 deg and thats why the R1S is not going to sleep. Has anyone else heard this?

This is definitely not true. My truck was parking outside for a few hours yesterday and the temperature is around low 40s. The car was in sleep mode when I checked it and took the screen shot for you.
It sounds like the rep is talking about cabin temperature protection? , which is for summer and rivian doesn't have that option like tesla does. Your vehicle NEEDS to go to sleep mode or else the vampire drain will be high.
