Great news for those near Cleveland, there is a Rivian Service Center located at 9601 Granger Rd in Garfield Hts. I drove by today and took a few pics.

I'm guessing this will be the closest service center for Pittsburgh and Western PA. Not bad. About 2.5 hrs from my house and 3.5 from my camp.

I drove by the Cleveland service center today and there was lots of activity. Many cars parked outside (no R1Ts). They had two new looking flatbed trucks presumably for deliveries and/or service. Lots of people inside. Looks ready to goā¦

Great information. Hopefully this means I'll get my truck sooner now that there is a SC open in Ohio!!!

Talking with my Guide on Friday, he said his system shows that this SC is not accepting pickups at the location just yet. They are doing the pre-inspection then flatbed towing them for delivery. Has anyone heard otherwise?

I donāt have this answer, but I did drive by a few days back and they had 5 R1Ts in the parking lot. Silver, Red and 3 Launch Green. It was nice to see some of the colors in person.
Some were dirty and had temporary tags, so they might have been in for service. A couple didnāt have plates, so they might have been brand new.

I was driving through Cleveland this past weekend, so I talked my wife into stopping by on Sunday. She kept yelling at me that the cops were going to get called, so needless to say it was a quick trip.
They did have two rollbacks and one mobile van sitting in the parking lot.
There was one Limestone with Michigan plates on it and one GW with temp tags. Those were the only R1Tās that I saw in the parking lots, but there may have been more inside.

Has anyone done the First Mile in cleveland yet? Iām scheduled for the 5th and hoping to see most of the color options but havenāt heard any reports yet.

I had a demo drive there at the end of May. At the time they had 4 in the lot and 4 on a flatbed getting unloaded. They had a Forest Green with Forest Edge interior in the lot, which was a nice combo, as well as a blue one, limestone, and ... launch green if memory serves. No OC in sight, obviously, just BM on the others -- which looks great in person really. Alas, no photos, but I'm waiting on an R1S so the drive was more my focus.

I was just by the center and the crew there is great. I was hanging out in the parking lot taking pictures and ended up talking to 4 of the employees. Super nice guys and gals there. They even grabbed some keys so I could check out the interior color options they had. My truck happened to have been unloaded there that day to but I couldn't catch a glimpse of it because it was deep inside the center and they kept to rivians policy of not allowing anyone in the service bays.

Anyone know the status on demo drives at the Cleveland SC? I've tried calling to schedule one but they tell me they aren't currently taking reservations for demo drives and don't know when they will start doing them again. Kind of disappointing as I was hoping to get in one before putting in a reservation for an R1T

Sorry I don't know the status of the demo drives, but my experience with the two mobile visits from the same employee from the Cleveland SC was outstanding. You might have some luck searching around the forums here and finding an owner in your area willing to let you get a first hand look and drive. If you had any other reason to be in SW PA I know I would offer a look/ride/drive with my truck.
