NC R1T Spotted

I saw an R1T on I40 heading west bound last night near Greensboro. I couldn't tell what color it was unfortunately, since I was headed the opposite way.

I was wondering if this person would be interested in meeting up to show off the truck for us folk that are further back in the queue? (I live in Raleigh)

I fully expect most owners will want their privacy (I would). But if there was ever an opportunity to get up close and personal with a R1T, I'd really love to do it. I'd be willing to drive several hours, too.

Spotted tonight in Cary, NC, first I have seen in wild. I was having a biz conversation otherwise I would have chatted up owner as they were parking. Looks better than expected!

A forum member brought his Rivian blue R1T to the Charlotte Cars and coffee this Saturday. The truck is absolutely stunning. Regardless, I chatted to the organizer of the Charlotte Earth Day drive electric event. I am definitely planning to attend.

I’m “Down East” in the Havelock area, close to MCAS Cherry Point. Just east of the Cherry Point/Minnesott Beach Ferry across the Neuse River. My delivery driver said he had just recently delivered one in New Bern too. I was surprised - thought I’d be the first in the area. If anyone is heading down to the beach or OBX, maybe we can meet up and do a show and tell. I have already been accosted by several random people in my first week of ownership! “Is that a - ohmigosh, a Rivian! Hey honey, check this out!”
