Ghosted by a Guide?

My guide just emailed me that she is taking a leave of absence and I will be getting assigned a new guide. I haven't had any contact with her aside from the initial call. Hopefully this means my delivery will be within the 6 weeks before she returns.

I had an appointment scheduled with my guide this morning, and she never called. She also hasn't responded to email or text, and when I called her it went straight to VM. Has this happened to anyone else?

To close the loop on this thread, I had a whirlwind experience. The guide missed the scheduled call on a Thursday (5/12) but it turns out there was a good reason. We made the call up the next Monday (5/16). I got the 8 step the next day, and the local service center contacted me to schedule delivery before I even started it. I set the delivery for yesterday (5/26) to make sure I had enough time for financing and to move other money around. Delivery was set for 2pm, and the guy was 25 minutes early. Crazy…
