I just swapped my original 20" AT Scorpions for the Wrangler AT RIVs. When I try to change the tire in the settings, everything seems fine until I confirm my selection. Instead of restarting, I get a notification that the "System Installed with errors."

Rivian phone support has had me run through full/infotainment reboots with no luck and now I stuck waiting for the service appointment I already had scheduled in 2 weeks. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried a variety of wheels and tire sizes, but open to suggestions.

Thanks,
stefan

Assuming you're on 2025.10, it's a known error.
Frak. I just updated to .10, and was going to swap my tires out tomorrow! (275/60R20 for the stock 275/65R20s.) Maybe I'll wait for a fix before swapping tires.

Grrr, I wish the support team knew this. It would have saved me an hour on the phone.

I recommend waiting. I'm waiting to update to see what other problems arise.

My wife was *REALLY* looking forward to the lane-change-signal-cancel (she always left-signals too far when changing lanes.)

I did get a push of 2025.10.1 but sadly it didn't fix the problem. Now I'm waiting for a service appointment.

I am on 2025.10.01 and did my spring tire swap. Updating the infotainment tire swap feature didn't give me any trouble.

It takes a lot longer than seems reasonable to do whatever it is doing, but there were no error messages and it now shows the correct config.

This isn't any help to the OP, but for anyone who is afraid to update their wheel config based on the OP's post, it does not seem to be a bug that impacts everyone.
