Drivers door rattle - flashlight carrier?

My drivers door rattles when I close it and when I go over certain bumps. It's been my biggest annoyance since I've had the truck. I've now had 3 attempts at fixing it to no avail. Here's the last tech's outcome.

Does every truck truly have this rattle? That seems incredibly unlikely but it's interesting that the truck the tech used to get to my house also happened to have the same exact issue.

Mine is not super prevalent when driving around but it's always there when closing the door.

I had my door panel replaced by Rivian due to some damage they caused and my new panel rattles in two places and the flashlight is definitely more loose than the previous door panel. Driving on brick road is when I hear it rattling.

I had a slight rattle when closing the door. I put some soft-sided velcro on half of the inside perimeter of the flashlight door charger. Flashlight still comes in and out no problem. Much less rattling now.

I assume closer to the outside edge past where the inner sleave part is? Or inside the inner sleeve?
