What is up with Rivian Customer Service?

Gave up waiting for CS to come on the line. Used the call back option and after several hours received a call back that immediately hung on me. I am now waiting in the chat que where my wait after an hour now says 2 hours.

I've seen it take anywhere from five minutes to two hours. It's Friday. Maybe a keg party? ? Good luck!

They have been having issues with their phone system and chat. I would give it 24hr and try again if possible.

I called today and was speaking to CS in 3 minutes... this was at 4:00pm today. I checked the chat right before I called and it said I was 8th in que and had a 15-25 minute wait. Not sure if CS is regional or nationwide.

I haven't been able to reach customer service this whole week, and have been trying every day. Anyone else having major issues. The wait time jumps around a lot, now showing 15 hours!

They do have a call back feature that works pretty well if there are long hold times.
