Custom build wheels specs?

Hello,

I am interested in upgrading the existing 22-inch wheels to forged wheels.

The manufacturer can build the spec you want.
Is it safe to just tell them to follow the specs that evsportline.com listed? My concern is mainly about the caliper clearance and wheel housing clearance.

I see EV sports are doing 38mm offset for 21'' and 40mm offset for 20".
The wheels are pushed outwards 10mm on each side. I also like wider tracks.
I am thinking about spec my 22'' custom build as 22x8.5" with 40mm offset.

I am in the same boat and went with Signature wheels. The same factory fabricates BC Forged as the Signature wheels in the facility in Taiwan.

went with a set of SV602 wheels in matte bronze and turn around time is only 3-4 weeks. I’ve purchased Signature wheels for my Tesla Model 3, Model Y and Toyota Tundra in the past.

Contact Jamie at Signature wheel for a quote and a price way less than MRSP if you mention I referred you. This is my 7th set of Signature wheels from Jamie and they have the specs to clear the R1T calipers and know the correct dimensions for my needs.

Some friends of mine run Signature wheels on their sports cars.
It will be great if they can sell below MSRP.

I suggest contacting Jamie directly since he did the work to measure up the proper clearances for calipers, knuckles, etc and won’t be fair to have others copy his offsets. The offset I went with is slightly more aggressive for flush looks and I ordered Rivian spec’d Pirelli Scorpions. Keeping my 21” stock road tires and wheels for longer trips.

Jamie from Signature messaged me that my wheels are finished and ready to ship out.

Ended up going with SV105 in graphite powder and going with the stock Pirelli Rivian spec Scorpion AT tires. I know they aren’t E-rated 121/126 load rated tires but want to keep the rotational mass down with the lighter AT. Next is to clone some tpms sensors. Hope to have these on the truck in a week or two.

Here are my SV105 in graphite powder color in 20x9 specs. Clears brakes and fenders at lowest ride height setting. Rivian OEM spec Pirelli Scorpion AT and pulled sensors from OE set. Rivian woyldn’t sell me a set of TPMS since the service dept said they don’t support aftermarket wheels right now.
