Crooked Steering Wheel

Since delivery, my steering wheel needed to be held 3-5 degrees to the left in order to track straight down the road. I also noticed a slight pull to the right at all times.

This past week I visited the Boston service center for an alignment to fix the issue. The pulling right is fixed, as I now track straight on uncrowned roads. But my steering wheel is now off 3-5 degrees to the right in order to track straight.

Anyone else experiencing this off-center steering wheel issue and have you had success in getting it fixed? Wondering if I should keep visiting service until they get it resolved.

Mine is completely different. I’m 2-4 degrees to the left.

My steering wheel starts straight and when you let it go, to rolls to the right, as does the car.

Alignment issue, ride height sensor issue, air suspension issue... who knows!

I have the same issue of drifting to the right and slight off center steering wheel to run straight. My service appt is 11/14 to attempt to correct that and other delivery issues. Interestingly noted that turning off the lane centering feature made it pull less to the right, though still off. Not sure what that’s about.

In a traditional vehicle, after an alignment is preformed and the vehicle is tracking straight if the steering wheel is off center, a simple 20min tie rod end adjustment is performed. A very simple procedure... one end is turned in xx turns and the other end is turned out the exact number of turns.

Mine was more like 10-15 degrees.

I have the same issues as OP but haven't had the alignment adjusted yet. First service visit in November. Fingers crossed as this behavior is what I hate the most about the truck (pulling to the right, crooked steering wheel and I assume associated shaking of the wheel).
