My thoughts exactly..

Weatherman said snow was supposed to start at 8-9pm last night, and have about 6 inchs by the time I go to work..

I woke up with no snow on the ground..

I swear these weatherman here in Colorado are just making it up as they go along.
I live close to Coal Creek Canyon and the forecast has absolutely verified. It started snowing around 8:30p Wednesday evening and by the time I woke up we had 16". Just now measured 26" at just shy of 10pm Thursday. I still expect a few more inches overnight.

If anyone is interested, this map from NWS Boulder shows all of the snowfall reports around the metro.

Where are you?

Here in Brighton its been snowing non-stop.. But not building up any accumulations. My office in Denver is the same. I am thinking with the over night cool down, and it still snowing non-stop, we will get some accumulation by morning.

One of my employees says he had 11 inchs in Arvada at Noon. Another one of my employees says he had 6 inchs at 6am.
We're in Monument.

Ahh yes... Chain law hill. That explains hit.

Still nothing more than a dusting here in Denver or Brighton.

On of my employees over in Aurora got 16.8 inchs.

Up here in east Loveland we totaled only about 4-6" by the time it was all done this morning. Driving back from Fort Collins last night at around 9pm it was pretty nasty, but the T on 20s handled it well.

These March storms are so unpredictable. Glad everyone made it through safe!

We got about 20 inches the in far south Denver (Wellshire), with lots of trees hanging on power lines, so I was surprised the power stayed on. Murphy's law, now that we have a powerwall. Thor was great in the snow though, the nokian hakas were champs as usual.

According to Plugshare they are magic dock equipped, but not yet open to non-Teslas. Someone on Tesla Motors Club said yesterday he spoke to a Tesla engineer who was finishing up there yesterday and he said it should open up to other EVs in the next couple days. Sounded like yesterday many of the chargers were ICEd because so many people were trying to see the Buc-ees.

He also said there were originally supposed to be 20 chargers there, with 12 being Tesla and 8 more being another company, but that didn’t happen for some reason???‍♂

…or in this case, “BUC’D”.
I think you should visit the station with your ‘passengers’. That will clear some people out of there:cool:

I wonder if that other company was supposed to be Mercedes Benz. They announced a partnership with Buc-ee’s last year but I haven’t seen anything come out of it.

That would be my best guess as well. I think they only have 1 MB station open so far in the south (Atlanta?). Maybe they installed the infrastructure for it here and it will come later…

I forgot to mention, there is a 20’ tall inflatable beaver (insert joke here) outside the Buc-ee’s for those interested (@opnwide) :CWL:

The one in Daytona apparently has both MB and Tesla...that's where OoS Kyle ended their F-150 race and started the 4x EV truck race.
