I just checked on the City of Denver permit system and looks like all of the permits are now finaled. So, it looks like they got their certificate of occupancy.

They received a temporary certification of occupancy. I haven't been inside, but I suspect they still need to complete the tenant finish, and March 2022 seems more likely.

However, that's good news that they are putting a new fence around the parking lot. Hopefully that means First Drives will start soon in Colorado, and they will use the space to store/charge vehicles at night.

Someone posted on the Facebook group a R1T that was at the building on Monday.

When I was there today I was able to look in the windows and they have all of the walls, tables, computers, plants, etc in the office space.

Pretty much every municipality in the USA requires you to have a certificate of occupancy for either a business or residence. It just means a building inspection was completed.
