Cheapest way to lease an R1S?

So it seems in the last couple months there have been varying incentives from free upgrades to discounted 2023s. And leases is the mid 500s. I’m looking to lease an R1S as I have a Highlander that should qualify for the $5k discount. Is there any sticky page or guide as to how to negotiate the best deal? Right now I’m just seeing $699/month at the minimum for R1S quads

On top of that it doesn’t look like there’s any way to get additional info without putting down a $1k non refundable deposit?

I hate to burst your bubble but only the Large Pack R1S is eligible for the incentive and it's only $1k. The R1T has higher incentive values.

I too have a Highlander and Rivian's trade-in offer was incredibly low. I was better off selling elsewhere.
