Can't log onto Rivian account this morning

Clear all your cookies and browser cache. Worked for me.

I was having issues. After I disabled two factor authentication I could log in. It wouldn't ever send me the codes.

Just tried but still not getting past the MFA section. Have to log in to turn that off right ? Oh well. Maybe this is for the best. I need something to stop me from checking for a guide every hour.

Also having problems getting the MFA token. I have contacted support which said they would escalate the problem.

Spoke with customer service, they confirmed they are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. I also had the 2 factor, with no text.

How'd you disable two factor without receiving the text? Like how did you log in, what is this wizardry of which you speak?

I’m having trouble as well. 2-step is not sending the codes

Same, reported to CS and they said they said it’s a known issue today and are working to fix it.

With the amount of times 2 factor has broken I question if I should even bother….

If you have OC interior, which is still delayed.... probably won't matter much if you continue playing with other options in the configurator
