It is an interesting read. "EV charging rates are significantly less than gasoline" is a complete lie. A gallon has about 36kw of energy for under $5. An ev is only cheaper because it uses it more efficiently.

A while back, California was doing a survey on where to put chargers with a map to drop pins. I commented that many destinations such as state campgrounds were completely underserved with people getting marooned.

PGE added a handful of chargers at beaches and parks. Shame they put them in towns instead of the remote beaches where there's no where else to charge .
