Yes! The 12 Ton Air/Hydraulic at Harbor Freight. Member’s get it like $30-40 cheaper than the online price. Mine sleeps in the gear tunnel.
They have plenty at the Kent location. Will bring to the meetup on Saturday.Anyone have a recommendation for a bottle jack that they keep in their R1T?
Should do the job, but I wanted an air option since I have an onboard compressor.
I’m using magnetic pucks, so no issues there. The air/hydraulic Jack was mentioned as a buy by that “Out of Spec” YT guy. I haven’t personally connected it to the truck yet. In either case, this 12 ton HF jack works with air or hydraulic. I have a compressor in the garage as well. Thanks! Haven’t used an air jack, does It work with the on board air compressor? What are you using for a connection point? The jack pucks floating around or something else?
Also curious how to mate up the bottle jack with the jack points. Can you use the spare tire kit's adapter or do you have to buy one of those fancy billet aluminum pucks? Thanks! Well, if you spent nearly $90k on the truck, by not go the extra mile and get a nice puck?! ?Also curious how to mate up the bottle jack with the jack points. Can you use the spare tire kit's adapter or do you have to buy one of those fancy billet aluminum pucks?
This looks like it has an adapter that will fit over the cap on the Jack. I’m concerned that the cap on these bottle jacks is too small to use with the puck.
You just center the bottle jack on the puck and lift. Nothing fancy needed. This looks like it has an adapter that will fit over the cap on the Jack. I’m concerned that the cap on these bottle jacks is too small to use with the puck.
