Best protocol when selling your Rivian to a private party?

Considering selling my R1T after 18 mos. Great rig, just get bored and like to try different cars out. When selling to a private party, is there a best practice or protocol when handing the truck over? Hard reset? Tried looking it up, not seeing much. I'm talking from the tech side with Rivian and the R1T, with getting my info wiped off the trucks system and with the buyer being able to get his imported? Sold a lot of cars over the years but this one has me wondering a bit. Appreciate the insights

Seems like it took longer than 7 days.
