Has anyone else experienced an issue where the app just doesn’t reflect the current state of the truck, ever? The app odometer reading is off by a couple thousand miles and hasn’t updated for months. range is wrong. Vehicle location is wrong. Charge status - wrong. Any thoughts on how to address? Thanks.

I'd start with re-loading the app on my phone - and then re-pairing my phone with the vehicle. Good luck!

Iphone or android? Either way i would delete the app and its data. Reinstall. Login to your Rivian account with the app again. Then pair the phone key again.

Based on what you say the app is not communicating with the truck. It should end your session and force you to login again but sounds like that's not happening.

If reloading app doesn’t work, it could be a modem issue in the truck. I had this happen on another car of mine and they had to change the modem. Good luck.

Yep - had the exact same thing. They had to replace the telecommunications module on truck. This happened at 11,700 miles for me
