How to get the Rivian app?

I have an R2 reservation (very recent) and am exploring service options in my area. I see you can make appointments via the Rivian app, but when I search for it on Google Play, no results except something called "Rivian Relocation", which isn't what I'm looking for. What am I missing? (1st post, btw)

What phone do you have? If you have a really old and unsupported phone/OS, the app won't appear in the store for that device.

And until you are an owner, the app isn’t the only place to find service info. The site has a lot of content. And usually come up in Google search results. https://rivian.com/support/service

What phone do you have? If you have a really old and unsupported phone/OS, the app won't appear in the store for that device.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (Android tablet running v13, latest is v16). If there's an app it should be in the Google Play Store, regardless of what software my device is running.

Yes, you can use the app to schedule service, if you'd rather not call and be put on hold and listen to elevator music. If you're comfortable dealing with chat bots in general and aren't easily frustrated by them, the app could be more convenient.

Thanks. It looks like electruck was on the right track. When I search the Play Store with this tablet the app doesn't come up. We have two other Samsung tablets in our household and only the one running Android 16 can find the Rivian app in the Play Store. My apologies!
