Looks like these should mostly be employee deliveries, 2 of the build dates end in October, the last one ended in November.

@OutofSpecKyle Did you catch the build date on the vehicle you tested? That GPS issue sounds like what you were seeing.

Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been built with weakened fasteners that secure some underbody panels. Heavy impact to the underbody panels could cause the fasteners to shear off and the underbody panels to become loose. If a significant number of the fasteners are broken there is a possibility that the panel could drag on the ground or detach from the vehicle, though this condition has not been observed to date in any customer vehicle. Rivian will replace these fasteners. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.

Anyone know if the Riv’s have “active” head rests? My wife was rear ended in her BMW X5 and the CO2 cartridges in the head rest fire to supposedly stop whiplash, but she’s not convinced it didn’t cause her more neck pain in the end as it blew her head forward. Just curious. She now positions her seat back angle back because of it.

Since nobody has replied...no, I do not believe the Rivian has an active headrest whiplash suppression system.
