New Service Center in Burbank, CA opening December

We are looking at a Dec opening for the new service center in Burbank. The El Segundo one has always treated me great but the drive/location is a tough place to get to. Burbank will be better for folks on the west side/north of LA.

If you're in the Westside, ES is more convenient than Burbank. If you're in the SFV/SGV/Eastside, Burbank makes sense.

That's great! With Eastvale and Lake Forest running, and now Burbank, El Segundo and Costa Mesa should hopefully get a breather. Might finally schedule my subframe replacement at Costa Mesa...

Yeah, the Edison, NJ one can't open soon enough. I was told by the Brooklyn Service Center it is on track for next year.

No appointments until they officially open, but at least it will be in Dec.

Thank god. El Segundo scheduling has been a mess for some time, so hopefully this relieves some of the pressure.

Improve your El Segundo experience: Big Mikes cheesesteak , El Segundo Brewing, Ali’i Poke, nicer places like Sausal etc.

There’s a new service center in Lake Forest, CA that just opened. Not sure when they will be taking appts though. Typically when new service centers open, Rivian moves customers scheduled at other service centers first to help with the backlog. Might be a minute until you can schedule yourself there. Assuming for now, it’ll be Rivian actively reaching out to people and moving them

I had no idea Lake Forest was opening. Thanks and hopefully it’s available for appointments soon or at least relieving Costa Mesa.

WooHoo!! Literally just a couple of miles from where I live. Just wonder where they are setting up this service center here in Burbank. Anyone have a exact address yet?

I tried pushing my service as well to wait for Burbank and El Segundo scheduled a house call and I love that so much more.
