The Gen 2 Quad comes with special Michelins.

It will be interesting to see if the quad's Michelins kill range or if they work as daily drivers and road trippers. I guess if you can afford the quad, you can afford a second set of dailies (and personal mechanic on call).

I believe they stated at the Gen 2 launch the performance Michelin's are an option for the quad, they will also offer the other wheel/tire packages. Don't know for sure though, can anyone confirm that?

35" AT vs pilot sports and a lot more weight. The two are certainly set up different. I was shocked by the .88 skid pad number on the S! If I decide to stay with street tires, those (front) pilots would be a great option. I had S4s on my Audi and they are great, except they only last 25k.
