I would be more wondering if the Brightdrop works better in certain markets being that its AWD, and the EDV is not...Wonder if this means Brightdrop wasn't working out for them.
EDV can be if ordered that way.I would be more wondering if the Brightdrop works better in certain markets being that its AWD, and the EDV is not...
Eventually Rivian may offer it in a AWD dual motor platform, but as of now, and for the foreseeable future, it will be dual motor front wheel drive only.EDV can be if ordered that way.
I have it on good authority that the very first one was a quad motor AWD version. A one-off for Jeff, absolutely, but shows it can be done if one is willing to pay for it.Eventually Rivian may offer it in a AWD dual motor platform, but as of now, and for the foreseeable future, it will be dual motor front wheel drive only.

Your statement has an error, if it is dual motor (I believe that all EDVs are now equiped with the Enduro motor) it would be all wheel drive. I believe you meant single motor front wheel drive.it will be dual motor front wheel drive only.
