How did charging go yesterday evening? Are you still seeing 8.8kW?

Truck was back to 9.2kW when charging today. I'm guessing this must be a Duke Power thing and for some reason my charger was only pulling 220v (40x220=8800W)

I had no issue with the first version. Since installing the second, mine is now prox locking and charging against the schedule. It thinks I’m .2 miles from home now yet showing in the garage on the map. Tried soft reset, deleting and adding the home location, but it still thinks I’m not home. Anyone else have this issue with the second push?

Yes, the updated update got pushed to my R1T while it was in for servicing.

FWIW - Has Apple Music been repaired? The playlist I use for driving... played! I put it on when I left the Canton SC, and it ran without hiccoughing for the near hour it took to wend back the house! If the issues with the app stopping after 2-3 songs has been resolved, I will be very happy! I am dubiously optimistic; the last time they did an update for Apple Music, it did not fix the matter.

Time will tell!

I have a Tesla L2 wall charger that I used with my R1T the last 13 months. On very rare occasion the adapter will get warm and go from 11.2 kwh to 5.2 kwh. I have 3 adapters made by different companies. Since this second update the R1T charges at 11.2 kwh for less than an hour and then drops to 5.5kwh for the duration. I have used all three adapters and the same happens with each adapter.
Before the update the Rivian would charge at 11.2 kwh for the entire charge cycle. Any thoughts? Any suggestions?

Which adapters do you use? I use a Tesla Wall Connector as well with a Teslatap Mini 60. I will be charging tonight.

I have the EVDANCE, Lectron, and DIVOME adapters.I started charging about 5:00PM Texas time with the DIVOME adapter attached to the charger. At 6:45PM I checked the Rivian app and the charging had throttled back to 5.5 kwh from 11.3 kwh. I changed out the adapter for the EVDANCE adapter. With the EVDANCE adapter attached the charging went back to 11.3 kwh. After reading your comment I looked at the app and the R1T was still charging at 11.3 kwh. So for the last almost 2.5 hours the R1T has been charging at 11.3 kwh. Big improvement compared to the last two nights.

The same behavior was reported in this thread, but it went back to normal the next charging session, strange. I usually charge at a consistent 10.8.kW on the Rivian and 11.2kW on the Tesla. I’m charging our Tesla at the moment so may not charge the Rivian tonight but certainly tomorrow.

A little fluctuation is normal. My Rivian sometimes jumps to 11.2. The 5.5 kwh you were getting is not normal but seems it resolved itself just like @Goose experienced.

We own a 22’ MYP as well.

My charging kwh went from 11.3 kwhto 5.5 kwh on Tuesday evening after downloading this updated OTA. It would start at 11 kwh and after an hour would drop to 5.5kwh. It did this every evening while charging. After I changed adapters last night it charged 2.5 hours at 11.3 kwh. Maybe it has rectified the issue. I am charging now so I will watch the kwh and see if there are any dramatic decreases. Thank you for your response.
