If you are serious about being heard: go to your Rivian mobile app, scroll down to "share feedback". Otherwise, you're just shouting into the wind.

Or hey, how about the ability to both post publicly and also send feedback directly to Rivian too! It's amazing that people are capable of doing more than one thing.

Posting publicly shares ones' experiences and could encourage others who sympathize or have experienced the same to give feedback to Rivian too, so not "shouting into the wind". Commiserating is one of the very basics of having public forums in the first place. Telling people to basically keep to themselves is antithetical to this sites' - and your participation here - very existence. Especially since it's understood that Rivian employees do at least occasionally peruse forums/Reddit. Just because we see a forum member only doing one, doesn't mean that's it. It's the height of arrogance to think we're the center of the universe and that everyone is performing just for us, and when they're not, they're doing nothing.

In a loaner that got installed yesterday. Notes came up super fast in it compared to when I have done it in mine - alas, no straight comparison though.

HVAC seemed to come up swiftly, but I don't know that I noticed lag in this truck with it yet either.

So, not much of a help I guess. Safari is snappier.

Have you installed this update yet? The lag switching between apps and pulling up the climate controls is pretty much gone now, it’s very snappy.

Mine installed this morning. Confirmed the map view you select remains the same unless you change it again - great! Alexa voice volume also seemed to be fixed.

I usually get updates within a day of their release but this one I have yet to receive.

Just had a short drive after updating. Anyone else with the G1 Meridian system feel like they lost a lot of low-end bass with this update? I haven't yet checked to see if something weird is going on with the EQ.

Also - had to reselect satellite view on maps. No biggie.

Everything else seemed snappier after the first time pulling up each of the tabs.

Is the vehicle on WiFi? When did you take delivery? If you link your account to rivianroamer, you can see if it's been pushed to you. And they send you a email notice before you get any clues from Rivian or the car.

Connect+ subscribers do get priority on the push. But among subscribers there is still a queue.

Our R1S (without Connect+) got it yesterday and my R1T (w/Connect+) is still waiting :/.

Again, the update logged me out of Tidal and some other apps. This is getting to be a regular occurrence.

Yes. My EQ levels were reset by the update, along with many other settings that got wiped and had to be reset.

Worth noting that this update was once again right on schedule. Which is every four weeks +/- a few days. Exactly four weeks after 2025.10 and exactly eight weeks after 2025.06, and exactly 12 weeks 4 days after the first release of the year.

It's been two days. Don't be a jerk. As usual, the rollout is spread out over time, with Connect+ subscribers getting it first, within the first week (that's your priority right there) then us non-Connect+ folks and other stragglers getting it starting the following week. Modulo a few problem cases.
