Just charged at the upgraded Bellmead TX chargers today. Huge improvement. 214kWh until it got to around 65% then dropped to 135 to finish it off to 70%.

Unfortunately my local site in Stratford, CT was upgraded a month or two ago, but they continue to struggle with reliability. There were a couple down last weekend. ?

Yeah, pretty units but same poor reliability.

Ya, I watched Kyle's video over the weekend and was too wondering about this issue. Anybody have any intel on what specifically is happening? Kyle mentioned that it was resolved via a truck reset, which sounds better than cooked hardware as was the case with a Lightning at an EA station recently.

I've watched several of Out of Spec's recent videos and Kyle has had this issue at multiple EA chargers. Rivian support looked at the vehicle logs and determined the chargers aren't sending the appropriate amount of power so the truck is going into a safe mode to protect the battery. Kyle reported this issue has impacted other EV's as well, it's not just Rivians.
