I'm happy the 360 view is there, and I'm curious to use it; I've never had a vehicle with it.
As someone who has driven large & long full size pickups for awhile, I have to back into most urban parking spaces & in garages. Even now that I have a backup camera, I still prefer to use my mirrors...

I think you're going to be pretty hard-pressed to get an early Launch Edition. Those receiving them first have been waiting 3+ years for their vehicles.

This pic is from 2019, but here is a decent look. The supplier is Dunlop Systems (confirmed late 2020). Looks to me like it would be pretty tough to retro a coil spring in there...
You would definitely need a module or "hack" to trick the SW, but I know similar things have been done on many...
To answer OP's question, I think it would be difficult to replace the air suspension with traditional coils for a couple of reasons:
1) The vehicle software with integrated sensor checks, etc.
2) The skateboard architecture being designed for these very specific air springs. Unless Rivian...
I expect that LE vehicles will sell for $10K+ over list for the first 6 months. Maybe more...
I'm not giving up my reservation, but I wouldn't take less than $11K for it.
Not to mention the tax credit, which you could get as the first owner.
