Iāve got over 32k miles now. And just got new tires at my local shop. So havenāt taken in to Rivian for any of the scheduled maintenance yet. Iāll have to take it in at the end of the summer for the 37,500 service. I need to have them look at the rear suspension again anyway.
I had an f-150...
Thanks! I was March 2022 delivery. Never had them do any service on it though. Maybe your service flagged something in their system?
Sorry for hijacking the thread. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Just had mobile service and the tech was based out of Trenton. He basically confirmed this. They opened officially yesterday but are operating out of temporary space that is not meant to be customer facing. He said if push came to shove they would schedule an appointment there but would prefer...
I donāt know anything about new vehicle exemptions, but I drove mine without an inspection (and sticker) for a full year. I took delivery in March of 2022 and didnāt get a sticker and inspection until March 2023. To be honest, I was waiting for local shops to have some experience with rivians...

I'm VIN 22XX.
And I did end up emailing Rivian last Wednesday. Guess what.......not a single peep back from them (other than the automated response acknowledging receipt of the email)!
What was the issue and what did they do to fix it?
Mines been in to the SC twice with no improvement. The first time they said they checked all the bolts and made sure everything was torqued properly. Otherwise, did they even look for a problem or did they just say āit sounds like our test...
To be clear, this will not be his truck......it's still mine. But he needs to learn to drive it, and I'm sure there will be occasions when he will need/want to drive it on his own. I'm not worried about the bumps and scratches so much as his lack of ability to control 7,000 lbs with 800+hp and...
