Flipping the seats up is a pain in the butt. Our Audi Q7 does that and its difficult and frustrating for the kids.

Frustrating that there is a delay, but I think it's for the best. There are a couple things they are likely considering: 1) Using the R1T as a beta test around service, communications, complaints so they can resolve as many as possible before the RS1 comes out. Make sure they are staffed up...

Agreed, mathematically it comes out around the same. I would also imagine you'd have less folks backing out of an order with the higher deposit - which is good.

Excellent point. If you are planning on doing road trips with these vehicles, being able to play music seems pretty important to me. I know it is for my wife and children.
