Would you describe it as more of a plastic liner material or a rubber mat material?

To match the factory 20's ("staples" wheels). I'm not sure what you need beyond that, please let me know and I'll try to accommodate.

Yeah it took me a few tries but I finally got most of the bolts installed. There are a few with minor thread damage hanging around here somewhere. ;)

Not apropos to the recent discussion, but I managed to get my hands on a slate 95L and the lid organizer this week. Using it to store all of my camp kitchen gear and some other bits. The case fits nicely in the R1T bed and will be effectively secure with the RTT mounted on the crossbars.
