Have my truck in for service. Among other things, about one month ago, any time I turn rear climate off from center display, the whole HVAC system turns off. They are trying to tell me this is normal. Anybody else experiencing this? Tried hard reset as well as deep sleep via service center with...
For the last few weeks there is a creek that happens every time I approach the truck. I have a service appt Friday but was wondering if anybody has experience this and has an idea what it could be so I’m better informed for Friday.
I’ve been logged out of the app and csnt log back in. Seeing as this is the only means of me getting into the truck I’m a bit nervous. Anybody else having issues?
We are in the process of moving and it seems I’ve misplaced the keys to the crossbars, which are attached to the tailgate. In case I’m unable to locate them, anyone have experience in getting replacements made?
It has been unseasonably cold here in SoCal. Yesterday took the Rivian out and noticed ride quality was great. Seemed to absorb bumps better and overall just felt more confident. When I got back home, I checked the tire pressures and they were all at 45. I have 21”. I know range would take a hit...

I’ve found that the ride quality is much better at the highest suspension. However, I noticed that kneel
Mode won’t engage if you park at the highest suspension setting? Can anyone confirm this?
Thanks
I’m taking my month old R1T into service tomorrow for a laundry list of reasons. The most important to me are the alignment, wind noise, panel gaps, and suspension creeks and sounds. Good thing is they are giving me an R1T loaner so I can compare to my current vehicle. Any advice on how to avoid...
Had my first CCS charging session on a 350kwh EVGO. Temps outside was about 50. Started at 11% and ended at 70% 33 minutes later. Peeked at 210. The most alarming thing was the sound the fan makes(I’m assuming it’s the fan) after youre done charging.
This could be a recurring thing or just a one time post. I have a crease in both the driver and passenger seats. Noticed them a few days after picking up the truck. In a vacuum I guess it’s ok, but wondering if it’s a foreshadowing of more wear and tear in the future. Have service appt Saturday...
When reversing or coming close to an object, is there a way to have the visual feedback on the central display screen as opposed to the gauge cluster? This would be especially helpful when reversing.
I’m piggy backing off my other thread but was hoping someone can recommend a good PDR person in SoCal. Preferably around Thousand Oaks/Agoura or the valley. OC will also work since I’ll be moving down there in a couple months.
Thanks
I accidentally backed up into another car this afternoon. Nobody was hurt and almost no damage to the other car and they didn’t want to exchange any info. I’ve included pictures and as you can see there is a small dent below the rear tail light, a scratch to the tail light, and some scuffs to...
A lighter fell out of my pocket and when I went to retrieve it it fell in this little opening under the seat. I’m not sure where it leads to or how worrisome it is. I’ve opened a ticket but any advice would be welcome.
thanks
Does anyone know if there is a warning if washer fluid is low? There’s no washer fluid coming out on my less than 1 week old truck. Trying to figure out if it’s low fluid or an issue with the stalk.
Just picked up the RIT. Vin 155xx
I posted this under a different thread, but thought I’d make a separate post.
Im coming from an Etron, which is one of the smoothest and quietest vehicles around. This thing doesn’t drive like a truck. Feels very nimble and we all know about the acceleration...
I'm picking up my truck tomorrow morning and was hoping I can get some advice on things to watch out for. I have the checklist and will be going through that, but any other recommendations are welcome. Very excited and also a bit nervous since there have been some QC issues, especially during...
