This is actually at the RIvian Space downtown rather than the service center.That guy wasn't in Denver. But who knows, maybe he has two homes, one in Denver. The service center he was complaining about definitely doesn't have anywhere similar to park.
They actually look good on there too.I think it's funny that AI kept the Rivian wheels though.

I've been close a time or two. I get it.Saw this as well. My guess is this person is a non-Rivian enthusiast (who are more forgiving). I can see a "regular" owner getting pushed to the edge with Rivian. Especially if they are coming from legacy brands.

Interestingly enough I setup a service ticket this morning. They have me scheduled in at 8:15 tomorrow morning, and have a loaner prepped for me. I really hope they hold onto their excellent customer service. I would honestly consider another Rivian (despite how pissed I've been at this one), because the service here is so great.Wait until R2 comes out and SCs are even more slammed.
I owned a Model X when the Model 3 came out and Tesla Service nose dived hard (no appointments, sloppy work, damaged car). I am expecting something similar with Rivian assuming the R2 sells well. Book your service appointments now.
